Treasury Head
Mr. Mohit Khandelwal is the Treasury Head of Patron Leasing & Finance Private Limited and is responsible for leading the Company’s treasury, fund-raising, liquidity management, and financial planning functions. He plays a key role in strengthening the Company’s capital structure, optimizing funding costs, and supporting long-term business growth initiatives.
He is a Commerce and Law graduate, holding a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. He has also successfully completed CA Intermediate, providing him with a strong foundation in finance, taxation, compliance, and corporate regulations.
Prior to joining Patron Leasing & Finance Private Limited, Mr. Khandelwal gained more than a decade of professional experience in taxation, accounting, audit, and financial advisory services. He worked extensively on GST, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, statutory audits, financial reporting, tax planning, and corporate restructuring assignments for a diverse range of clients.
Mr. Yogesh Soni
Accounts Head
Mr. Yogesh Soni is an experienced Accounting & Finance professional with over 7 years of experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, loan accounting, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance. He joined Patron Leasing and Finance Pvt. Ltd. as Accounts Head on April 20, 2026. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the overall finance and accounting function, managing financial reporting, bank and customer reconciliations, receivables and payables, taxation, audit coordination, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information for effective management decision-making
Mr. Ritik Chauhan
Solar Credit Head
Mr. Ritik Chauhan is an experienced Credit & Finance professional with over 6.5 years of experience in credit operations, loan underwriting, financial analysis, risk assessment, documentation, and portfolio management. He joined Patron Leasing and Finance Pvt. Ltd. as Solar Credit Head on March 6, 2026. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing solar credit operations, evaluating loan proposals, assessing customer and project risk, ensuring proper documentation and compliance, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and maintaining effective credit control for timely and sound lending decisions.
Meenakshi Saini
Compliance & Legal Head
Meenakshi Saini is a LLB graduate with Masters in Accountancy and Business Statistics, having considerable experience in corporate compliance, legal drafting, and legal research.
In her role as Compliance Officer at Patron, she is responsible for supporting and overseeing regulatory and statutory compliance requirements, including ROC filings, FIU-related compliances, RBI regulatory matters, and other corporate compliance obligations.
With over 3–4 years of experience in legal drafting and research and more than 8 years experience in Compliance handling, Meenakshi has developed strong expertise in preparing and analyzing a wide range of legal and corporate documents. Her work involves careful legal analysis, attention to regulatory requirements, and a practical understanding of corporate legal processes.
Mr. Balmukund Sharma
Credit Head - LAP (Loan Against Property)
Mr. Balmukund Sharma is an experienced Credit & Sales professional with over 10 years of experience in credit appraisal, loan underwriting, sales strategy, risk assessment, documentation, and portfolio management. He currently serves as Credit Head for the LAP (Loan Against Property) product at Patron Leasing and Finance Pvt. Ltd. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing LAP credit operations, evaluating loan proposals, assessing customer and collateral risk, ensuring proper documentation and compliance, driving sales targets, and coordinating with operations teams for timely and sound lending decisions.

Experienced Operations Head with expertise in NBFC operations, loan processing, credit verification, legal and technical evaluation, and end-to-end disbursement processes. Skilled in file login management, internal credit operations, compliance, MIS reporting, and financial documentation. Strong analytical and coordination skills with practical experience in finance and accounting.

Mr. Kamal Heerani is a seasoned finance professional with around 10 years of experience across Retail Lending, Wholesale Lending, Digital Lending, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Credit & Risk Assessment, Client Relationship Management, and Team Building.
Over the course of his professional journey, he has been associated with leading NBFCs, Banks and Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), including Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and Aavas Financiers Ltd. His diverse exposure across lending and financial services has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of business growth, credit evaluation, risk management and customer-centric financial solutions.
